Allocations
Allocations give you a degree of control over where your wine goes. Reward your club members, and your best customers with wine allocation to your best wines.
The Vin | 65 wine allocation builder allows you to setup an unlimited number of allocations, and control these allocations by club membership level, customer type, or individual customers. Set date ranges and min and max quantities for the allocation.
Customers must login to buy an allocation. You can optionally show allocated wine to non-logged in customers and customers who don't qualify for an allocation. (You can write specific messages on a wine, to entice a non-logged in customer, or a non-qualifying customer to join your club or group to qualify for the allocation).
Customers can place requests for additional allocations.
A full allocation reporting system allows you to see your allocations, which customers have purchased, and how many bottles they have purchased. (See the reporting area for more details).
