People who complete specific functions on your website (such as subscribing to a newsletter, purchasing a product, etc) are automatically entered into your contact management database.
Obtain a complete view of your contacts and their activity, including their profile, address book, club memberships, order history, and order activity. Categorize these contacts into an unlimited number of categories defined by you. Create date stamped notes, and setup reminders on contacts. View all 'mass', 'drip' and 'system' email sent to a contact, and whether they have opened the email and/or clicked back on an email.
From the front end, allow your contacts to view their profile, address book, club memberships, and order history online.
