Email Marketing

Create HTML e-mail documents with pictures, and rich text based on a preset template design (template design customized specifically for your site). Send this document to any Contact Type/Category or to a list built with the List/Query Builder. Any e-mail sent to your contacts will be tracked, and saved per contact. Reporting will show which members have opened the e-mail, and which members have clicked back on a given link.

Categorize email (for easier management), control the from email address (and have the from email address be someone@YourDomainName.com), and insert dynamic content (such as a contacts name, address, etc) into mass email. 

Opt In
The email system uses 'double opt-in' policies and it's very simple for contacts to sign up or remove themselves from email lists. 

Styles of Email
There are four styles of email:

General Email:  This is general a one time email, or an ad-hoc email sent out to your list at a random interval.

Email Campaigns: Emails inside a campaign are tracked as a campaign.  Furthermore they can be scheduled to go out on certain dates.  Email campaigns are general sent to the same list over time, and you continuously watch the feedback.

Newsletters: Emails newsletters generally have the same design and follow the same format.  Newsletters will have Issue numbers or Volume numbers.  Newsletters often appear on a website after they have been sent and usually include subscribe/unsubscribe mechanisms on the website.

Drip Email: The hardest style of email to explain... Drip Email happens X number of days after a certain event.  Customer #1 on May 1st buys a product on your website.  10 days later they are sent an email.  30 days later they are sent a second email.  60 days later if they haven't purchased again they are sent a third email.   Customer #2 buys a product on May 15th and they follow the same pattern above.

Email Tracking
All system email is tracked by contact.  Opens and Click throughs are tracked.  Pull up any contact and review their 'email history'.  Email reports show the total number of opens, click throughs, unique click throughs, and what links inside an email were clicked on.  Reports can be aggregated, or on a 'per email blast'.
