For example, create an event registration form that asks a person for their first name, last name, and other details and the forms results will poulate your contact database. Forms can automatically add form users to certain contact types and ask users to opt-in to emailing lists.

Use the list builder tool to query form data and then email against the results. For example you could have a survey form that asks wine buyers their preferences for red wine and then find everyone who enjoys Merlot in a specific price range or with specific characteristics.

Extend the Contact Area Inside the Admin Panel
Because the form builder is integrated with the contact data, you can use the forms to extend your contacts data inside the admin panel. For example, if you have investors you can create an investor profile form, then inside the contact area of the admin panel you can complete that form for each of your investors which help give a better view of your investor.
