Form Builder
The form builder is a tool for the creation of custom forms that can be placed on any page.
Forms can vary in design and complexity and can include a number of question formats from simple yes/no questions, to multiple choice answers, to complex short answer questions. These forms are great for contact us forms, registration forms, and other customized forms.
Required Fields, Form Validation and Design Control
Forms can have required fields and validate email addresses. Take complete design control over your forms including the label width, field width and whether the form centers on the page, or appears to the left or right with text wrapping around the form.
Tie Forms Direct to Contact Records
Create forms that will automatically populate your contact database. For example, create an event registration form that asks a person for their first name, last name, and other details and the forms results will poulate your contact database. Forms can automatically add form users to certain contact types and ask users to opt-in to emailing lists.
Form Builder Works in Conjunction with the List Builder
Use the list builder tool to query form data and then email against the results. For example you could have a survey form that asks wine buyers their preferences for red wine and then find everyone who enjoys Merlot in a specific price range or with specific characteristics.
Analyze and Export Form Data
All form data is saved to your database. Use reporting tools to export the form data into Excel reports for further analysis.
Extend the Contact Area Inside the Admin Panel
Because the form builder is integrated with the contact data, you can use the forms to extend your contacts data inside the admin panel. For example, if you have investors you can create an investor profile form, then inside the contact area of the admin panel you can complete that form for each of your investors which help give a better view of your investor.
