Shipping, Taxes, and Compliance
Shipping
Shipping matrices are meant to be simple, but at the same time meant to be flexible. If all of your wine is shipped one way, and your gifts, and other products shipped another way, the system should be able to handle it.
Create an unlimited number of shipping strategies based on product weight, unit quantity, or price (So you can ship your products based on weight, and your wine based on the number of bottles ordered). Create an unlimited number of shipping types (such as UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, etc). Create an unlimited number of shipping zones accross the States.
Shipping Partners
Direct ship your products or used any number of shipping partners. Shipping partners can be set on a product by product basis. For simple email notification, shipping partners can be setup by you. For more advanced systems where the shipping partner has an API, it has to be configured by our team.
Taxes
Set taxes and handling fees on a state by state basis and product type by product type basis. Set handling as a percentage or a flat fee amount. Individual products can be marked non-taxable. Individual customers can also be marked non-taxable.
Compliance
Setup a default compliance for wines with an override on a product by product basis. Updates to the default compliance are pushed through to all wines using the default compliance.
Messaging
Control consumer messages for compliance and shipping expectations.
