Long Meadow Ranch
Located in Rutherford, California, Long Meadow Ranch is a unique and diversified farm using sustainable and organic farming methods to produce wine, olive oil, and beef.
Long Meadow Ranch set high expectations for their new site including a goal of selling 25-30 percent of their total product line through their website. They had secondary goals of signing up wine club members, educating clients and prospects about events, and teaching others about unique approaches to farming. Each element of the site was designed to meet these key business objectives and enhance the Long Meadow Ranch brand experience on the Internet.
Murphy Vineyards
Murphy Vineyards envisioned a site that was streamlined and concentrated on wine sales and communication. They were looking for something that was simple and easy for their customers to use.
Murphy Vineyards selected the Vin65 platform because of its ability to provide an easy e-commerce solution, track sales and customer information, conduct e-mail campaigns and track the results, and the website visitor tracking.
“I’ve only been working with the software for a month or two and feel very confident in editing content, contact info and managing the store. Any problems or difficulties that I have encountered were fixed easily and quickly by the staff at Vin65. They’ve all been great.” - Kevin Murphy
Burgundy & Beyond
Burgundy & Beyond markets Louis Latour wine to wine collectors and French wine aficionados. Their previous site was fairly outdated and they approached Vin65 to update the toolset and branding. The branding goal was to be “classy and refined, innovative yet traditional”.
The primary purpose of the website is to sell Louis Latour wines, educate people on their portfolio and also entice customers to join the wine club.
“My experience has been very positive. I think the site looks fabulous and we have received tons of positive feedback. I have appreciated above all your professionalism…not to mention the quality of the tools and graphics you have created.” - Alyssa Paris
Everything Wine
Everything Wine is British Columbia’s largest wine store with over 3000 wines in stock. The challenge we faced was syncing the large volume of wines with the website, so customers had an accurate view of what was in-stock at each store. They also had secondary goals of allowing customers to see their courses and events, find resources, and sign up for their VIP club.
To facilitate the inventory updates which come from two locations, Vin|65 developed a web service that links between the website and their point-of-sale software. This web service handles inventory upload and syncing multiple times per day.
“It has been a pleasure working with Vin65. They are consistently on time, on budget, and very flexible to work with.” - Trent Anderson
Yates Family Vineyard
Yates Family Vineyard is a small, family-owned and operated winery. Customers wanted to buy their wine online, and they needed a better way to service these customers. Current customers were having a hard time finding their product, or if wine was in-stock and available.
Yates Family Vineyard approached Vin65 with the goal of making their new site more attractive and focused on a better online purchasing experience for their customers.
“The team at Vin65 was very accommodating and easy to work with throughout the whole process of developing our new website. They made the entire experience enjoyable and simple, even my father was able to edit the content and add pictures.” - Mary Yates
Mission Hill Ontario Micro Site
Mission Hill, Canada’s premier estate winery, has contracted Vin65 to handle their wine club and a few of their specialty micro sites. The Mission Hill Ontario micro site has been designed to promote the Mission Hill wines in the province of Ontario.
This site has a very efficient ordering process because it implements the cart, billing information, shipping information, and payment information all on one screen. Ajax technology is used to keep the cart subtotal, shipping, taxes, etc all up to date as the customer adds new products to their shopping cart.
“A great group of people to work with, your support and service has always been very efficient and extremely courteous.” - Roselle Ebrahimi

As a design agency, BoxWood was looking for a backend e-commerce platform for their winery website clients. After comparing several winery e-commerce platforms, Vin65 was chosen because of it’s design flexibility and the overall feature set. Vin65’s non-template based system allows BoxWood to have full control of the design to maintain the brand integrity of their clients as they develop websites for them.
“...Vin65 has become an extension of our company, allowing us to offer our clients e-commerce solutions and easily-editable sites, while allowing for complete design flexibility. In the past we have worked with and researched multiple e-commerce competitors and feel strongly that Vin65 is the best fit for our design strategy and client base.” - Jeremy Reding
