At Vin65, we love our customers and really want to see them succeed. There are lots of ways to get free support (and some paid) to help get through any situation. From free training sessions every Friday to a ton of other great ways to get more support listed below.

Documentation Site (Free)

Need to figure something out? Check out the documentation site first. Learn about everything from setting up a wine club to setting up a promotion.

Submit A Ticket (Paid Support)

Can’t find the answers you need in the support site? Send us an email and we will get the answers to get your tasks done.

The full training videos will help you to get comfortable with the platform and its features. Each section includes links to further documentation to round out your knowledge.

Phone Support (Paid Support)

We're open 7 days a week to help you when you need it. Monday-Thursday: 8AM-10PM; Friday-Saturday: 8AM-5PM; Sunday: 2PM-11PM.

Ecommerce - $100/hr
Point Of Sale - $185/hr Δ

  • No set monthly fee.
  • Ecommerce & POS support billed at a different rate.
  • Training/support billed in 15 minute increments.
  • Totaled at the end of each month.
  • Billed to your account automatically.
  • Can switch plans at any time.*

Signup or Change Plan

Two Hours Per Month

Two hours per month $250/mo.
Each additional hour $100/hr. Δ

  • Two hours of support per month.
  • Includes both ecommerce & POS support.
  • Support via phone and/or tickets.
  • Billed in 15 minute increments.
  • Totaled at the end of each month.
  • Billed to your account automatically.
  • Can switch plans at any time.*

Five hours per month $400/mo
Each additional hour $100/hr. Δ

  • Five hours of support per month.
  • Includes both ecommerce & POS support.
  • Support via phone and/or tickets.

  • Billed to your account automatically.
  • Can switch plans at any time.*

*Your plan will be switched for the following first of the month. Plans will auto-renew each month until cancelled.

Δ Point of sale support does not include upgrades or installation of Microsoft RMS. Labour to instal or update RMS is not included in monthly support plans.
