Web Mail Login 

You can use the  Email login button at the top right hand side of our website to login to your web mail. Use your full
email address as your username.

Example:
Username: jason@vin65.com
Password: mypassword

About Web Mail 

Your web mail inbox contains email sent to you that is still on the email servers and has not yet been delivered to Outlook (or other email client). The account provides 50 Megabytes of storage and is useful for sending and receiving email when you are out of the office for short periods of time and need access to your new email from a web browser.

When you open Outlook and click the Send/Receive button, the email shown in the inbox of your web mail will be delivered to your Outlook inbox assuming you have your account setup correctly.

If you use the webmail instead of downloading email to outlook or other email client you will need to regularly clean out your messages to ensure you stay below the 50Meg limit. The amount of storage is shown in the left pane at the top when you are logged into webmail. By default messages deleted while using webmail are perminantly removed, this setting can be changed under preferences in the left pane. If you require more storage we have options for a 500Meg account.

To reset your password, add a vacation message or change your delete email options click the preferences tab in the left pane, make your changes and click save at the top of the page.

E-mail Administrators 

Once you have logged in to web mail, note the "Web Admin" link at the top right side of your web mail page. This is where you can manage existing users, add new users, delete users and reset passwords etc.
