Sales Representative for 46Brix

Napa, CA

Job Description

If you're passionate about innovation, are persistent, and possess a “failure not an option” mentality, then come help revolutionize how wine is sold directly to consumers.   We are looking for competitive individuals with a knowledge of DTC and distributor wine sales, self-starters, and those who love working in a dynamic environment.

As a Sales Representative you will:

  • Achieve/exceed an annual sales quota
  • Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs so you can effectively position 46Brix, an emerging product within the WineDirect portfolio.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have a high degree of professionalism.
  • Make sales calls, gather sales intelligence, and handle objections with confidence.

Desired Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will have these qualifications:

  • Be fiercely competitive and goal oriented.
  • Have B2B sales experience. Preferably wine industry experience in distributor or supplier account management and development.
  • Documented track record of over achieving quota currently and in the past 2-3 years.
  • Must live locally or willing to relocate at own expense to Napa/ North Bay Area.
