Connecting Social and Commerce Part 2

For over 3 years, Vin65 has connected social media data to consumers’ order history providing wineries with rich information about their interactions with consumers on social media.

Combining social and commerce data enables wineries to provide superior customer service and drive sales. Using our tools, wineries have been able to know if that angry tweet over a broken bottle came from a person who once spent $20 at a winery, or from someone that has been a club member for 8 years with a LTV of over $10,000.

Now, more than ever, Vin65 believes in the power of bringing consumers’ order information and social media together to help wineries sell more wine online and offline.

Unfortunately, we have recently learned that VinTank (recently rebranded as TMRW Engine) will no longer be supporting clients in the wine industry effective July 31, 2016. As of that date, wineries will not be able to log into the VinTank platform and Vin65 will no longer receive social media data from VinTank to display in the Vin65 admin panel.

We have already started working on a replacement to bring rich social media information to your Vin65 admin panel. We will communicate full details about this as soon as possible.

Please find a solutions quickly, honestly a better one if possible. Part of the reason we have stayed with Vin65 since the rate increases is the integration to consumer social tracking. Would love to see something more robust then VinTank. Would also love to see some boost to e-mails being able to build scheduled e-blasts would be great.

Thanks for your comment Adam, we'll have a new social offering available ASAP and we're aiming to make it more valuable for Vin65 clients inside the admin panel than the existing integration. Stay tuned, we'll have more to share soon. Scheduling e-blasts is in the pipeline as well, appreciate your patience!
